Mr. McMahon brings extensive executive leadership and governance experience spanning the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors, underpinned by a distinguished career in corporate compliance, financial oversight, and enterprise risk management. Most recently, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit Services at Calpine Corporation, where he directed regulatory, financial, and operational assurance programs through public company operations, restructuring, and private equity transactions.

Throughout his career, Mr. McMahon has held prominent internal audit and compliance leadership roles across major organizations—including Exide Technologies, HCA, Inc., Ernst & Young LLP, Southern Company Services, and NextEra Energy—driving advanced technology-enabled compliance and data-driven risk governance.

In addition to his executive background, Mr. McMahon brings significant public company board experience. He previously served on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chairman for Flotek Industries (NYSE: FTK) and Epic Energy Resources (OTC: EPCC.OB), where he guided critical financial oversight, governance enhancements, and strategic acquisition evaluations during periods of market volatility.
